Cancellation Policy

By booking or participating in any services, classes, or events offered by Amarra Wellness—including but not limited to Reiki, Pranic Healing, Akashic Record Readings, Sound Healing, Yoga, Qi Gong, Cacao Ceremonies, Reiki Trainings, and creative or healing workshops—you acknowledge that these services are complementary wellness practices and not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for professional care. Participation is voluntary and you assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during and after services, including disclosing any relevant medical or mental health conditions. You release and hold harmless Amarra Wellness, its practitioners, owners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation. All personal information is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons. If safety concerns arise, the practitioner may pause or discontinue a session and encourage outside or emergency support; if emergency services (including 911 or an ambulance) are contacted, the session fee is non-refundable and any associated emergency costs are the client’s responsibility. Payment is due at booking; cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund, and late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable; event tickets are non-refundable but transferable with prior notice, and a full refund will be issued if Amarra Wellness cancels. You grant Amarra Wellness the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials captured during sessions or events for promotional or educational purposes without compensation. These terms may be modified at any time and are governed by the laws of the State of California, and by proceeding you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and the release of liability.
